That means we may show a limited availability for this departure. To avoid disappointment we encourage you to check with our office with regards to the actual number of spots available before you send in your trip registration. We are sorry but this trip is most likely fully booked at the time being. However we strongly encourage you to call our office anyway – we may have been notified of a possible cancellation for that date or know of another exciting trip  possibility in that area! Once we have received your trip registration we will process the trip deposit of CAN$350.00 (4-day trip) or CAN$500.00 (7-day trip) and mail out a booking package. This booking package will contain relevant information about the destination and trip you have chosen as well as: Please keep in mind, that we will the Medical form as well as a Travel form about 6 weeks prior to your departure in order to be able to consider any of your dietary or medical restrictions.
